Jo Cameron took over the role of owner of Colleagues on Tap in March 2015 after purchasing the company from founder Jayne Graham. Although this successful brand is extremely popular with remote workers and home-based business owners in the North East of England, Jo has ambitious plans to grow it exponentially both in the UK and abroad.

Jo also facilitates monthly Coworking days in Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and Consett where Coworkers enjoy a supportive working environment and create potential business opportunities. She is keen to develop a real sense of team spirit amongst the local business community through future Coworking Days, to provide a forum for sharing ideas and best practice that will add value to everyone involved.

When Jo is not organising and attending Coworking events, she provides professional HR support and advice to businesses in the North East of England through her business Remote HR Solutions.



Beverly SherrattProfectus 4 People

Beverly is a specialist in Leadership, Culture, Communication and Change Management, offering Coaching, Mentoring and DISC Psychometric Profiling and Training.

In her 1:1 work, Beverly is a NLP coach and senior / aspiring leader mentor.  She works with Managers, Chief Executives and SME businesses across a variety of sectors.

Her consultancy through Profectus 4 People focuses on strategic partnering, organisation development and design, and working with organisation culture, behaviours and communication.  

Beverly is working with SMS using the Disney model for business planning, and DISC to develop effective business communication.  She has developed a programme specifically for HR professionals to operate with impact and influence as change agents within their organisations, together with her “Confident Me…. Understanding You” and Unravelling the People Puzzle courses, and Leadership Programme, Profectus 4 Leaders and Profectus 4 Managers programme using DISC to build understanding of self and others in order to successfully lead, inspire, influence and manage.  



Claire Harding – Claire Jenks Design

Claire is a graphic designer and creative artworker, specialising in brand identity and layout. After spending some time working in award winning design agencies, Claire turned to self-employment, becoming a full time independent designer in 2011 and has not looked back since.

Claire works with a variety of businesses from one-man bands to large international companies covering a range of industries. Working as an extension of their brand she helps them meet their targets and become more confident in their marketing and communication by providing advice and design support.

Since being introduced to co-working days and Colleagues on Tap, Claire fell in love with the concept and has been an avid ‘co-worker’, seeing many relationships and collaborations formed, and huge amounts of valuable advice and support shared.

South Shields


Lynsey Rollins – L Rollins Design

Lynsey is a Chartered Architect with her own practice L Rollins Design which she set up 10 years ago. She specialises in domestic work to properties. The projects can be House Extensions or New Build Houses. She designs the project in close collaboration with the home owner and then obtains the necessary consents, Conservation Area, Listed Building, Planning Approval and Building Control Approval on the owner’s behalf.

Lynsey has been a regular attender of Co-working days around the region and really enjoys them. She brings a list of tasks she doesn’t always get around to and focusses on working on her business rather than in it. She has also enjoyed the networking side of co-working and has gained new clients through it.

Angela ReedCreative Calligraphy

Angela Reed is a calligrapher based in South Shields. She set up Creative Calligraphy in May 2014, four months after taking voluntary redundancy from her previous career in journalism.

Her calligraphy practice includes wedding and event calligraphy and bespoke commissions and she leads calligraphy workshops throughout the north east.
