Sue Stott - SunderlandSue Stott, Virtual AssistantSMS Business Support

Sue took the plunge into self-employment, setting up her own business SMS Business Support 3 years, and has never looked back.

As a Virtual Assistant, Sue works with clients in their business to take away the back room “to do list”, so that they can work on growing their business.  Sue is very proud of how far she has come in such a short space of time and has recently won the North East Virtual Assistant of 2015 Award.

Sue is a regular attendee of local networking groups and is also a dedicated member of the Inspire Network NE admin team helping with the running of the Sunderland branch.

As a business owner herself Sue appreciates how important it is for individuals to take time out of their business, especially those who work from home.  Colleagues on Tap is the ideal opportunity for you to work on your “to do list” that keeps getting put off.

Sharon MacArthur - BlythSharon MacArthurRed Handbag

Sharon is a passionate coach and experienced leader who delights in unlocking potential in others to become more accountable.

Sharon helps organisations large and small develop their leaders and management processes to ensure they are fit for future growth. She firmly believes that people don’t leave great companies they leave poor leaders. Often in business people are promoted because they were great in their previous role, rather than being great people leaders. Sharon works with managers and their teams to ensure they have the right tools to succeed.

Reading text books or attending courses, whilst inspiring and fun, rarely leads to business change. Sharon works with individuals on the job to ensure they are looking to solve the right business issues. She ensure that clients have a robust follow up plan as without this there is a danger the changes they expected never really happen, costing clients more money and time in the long run.

Sharon also have a particular interest in working with Women in Business to ensure they have the confidence to reach the top of their profession and grow their business with confidence.
